FEMME Return Policy

At FEMME, we take pride in delivering luxury fragrances of the highest quality. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of perfume products, we have specific return guidelines in place.

Returns & Exchanges

We only accept returns or exchanges under the following circumstances:

  • You received the wrong item

  • Your item arrived damaged

  • Your item is defective upon arrival

Return Request Timeframe

To request a return or exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos/videos of the item and packaging

  • A description of the issue

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Opened perfumes

  • Used products

  • Items purchased on sale or promotional offers

  • Orders where the customer simply changed their mind

Refunds

If your return is approved, FEMME will offer one of the following:

  • A replacement product

  • Store credit

  • A refund (where applicable)

Refunds will only be processed once the issue has been reviewed and approved.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was caused by FEMME (incorrect item sent or item damaged before delivery).
